Eric Gramatges has most recently performed the roles of Don Giovanni (Don Giovanni), Uberto (La Serva Padrona), The Boor (The Boor), Top (The Tender Land), Count Capulet (Roméo et Juliette), Le Baron de Pictordu (Cendrillon), Prince Leopold Maria (Die Csárdásfürstin), Mr. Gobineau (The Medium), Hermann/Schlemil (Les Contes d'Hoffmann), Count Ceprano (Rigoletto), Zaretsky (Eugene Onegin), Pinellino (Gianni Schicchi).

He has performed with DC area companies: Bel Cantanti Opera, Opera International, The Summer Opera Theater Company, Aria Club of Washington. He has also performed with the In Series in their Viva Zarzuela programs and has been a guest soloist for several regional choral ensembles.  At the San Carlos Institute in Key West, Eric performed in the world première of "Jose Marti: A Musical Tribute." He has sung for numerous churches in the DC area as a soloist, cantor and section leader, including The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.

Eric is a graduate of The Mason Gross School of the Arts of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (B.M. Vocal Performance) and The Benjamin T. Rome School of Music at The Catholic University of America (M.M. Vocal Pedagogy and D.M.A. Vocal Performance).  He also has been a National Officers’ Club Scholarship Winner of the Ethel and Carl C. Galbraith Scholarship from the Daughters of the American Revolution.
